After clicking on Movie you’ll see a new screen with a window for viewing the video and a place below to drag and drop clips to.It’s a fun feature, but if you want things to be a bit more flexible then we recommend the Movie option. You’ll see thumbnails of all the clips on your iPhone (or camera).
